Shipping Policy
Standard Orders
• Orders are processed and shipped based on the weekend they are needed by, not the purchase date.
• Standard orders require a 2-week processing time and are shipped approximately one week before the required weekend.
• Example: If your event is on Thursday, March 14, you should select the weekend of March 9 when placing your order. This ensures your order is shipped in time for your event.
Custom Orders
• Custom orders refer to unique, made-from-scratch designs not part of our catalog.
• These orders require a 6-week processing time and will be shipped one week before the provided event date.
Lost or Delayed Orders
• P3 Crafts and Designs ensures all orders are shipped on time to meet your event date. However, we cannot be held responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or any issues once the package is in transit. Once an order has been shipped, we have no control over its delivery timeline.
Returns & Refunds
• All products are made-to-order and customized based on the provided personalization details (e.g., name, age, colors).
• Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for completed and shipped orders.
